So here are the 4 steps.

Step 1 - Set up: This step consists of Setting up the business, forming the company, setting up a business bank account, creating a logo and landing page and getting your insurance in place.  This first step puts us on the front foot from the off and shows prospective landlords that you are well prepared and professional because there are a lot of newbies in the game that have done some youtube research and are willing to try their luck but it never works as planned. This step is achievable within 7 days

Step 2 - Search: so throughout this step we will do market research in the area TOGETHER over zoom so you are confident on what is required moving forward then you will use our proven script to approach property owners using our search criteria which will be determined once we have chosen your area and ultimately seal the first deal on a property that has been checked by the team so you don’t take any unnecessary risks. Receive scripts and tenancy contracts at this stage

Step 3 - Systemise: We automate your business systems such as guest communication and cleaning scheduling to run seamlessly in the background meaning the input required from you is minimal so you can earn money whilst you’re sitting by the pool unlike a lot of investors that end up creating another full time job for themselves which is not what this business should be, it should be a way to build a high cash flowing business without needing maximum input from yourself.

Step 4 - Scale: We work on building your personal brand and give your name credibility online to potential future investors and property owners so that you can keep growing your business as efficiently as possible and maybe step into more property strategies as you grow like my client Joel who is now doing refurb projects that he manages for an investor!
